My name is Brooke Brown. I am a Reiki Master Teacher, Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), Sound Healing facilitator, and lifelong student of healing. I am continually healing alongside the people I support.
My work is rooted in energy healing, yoga, nature immersion, and sound therapy. As a Certified Reiki Master Teacher, Certified Sound Healing Facilitator, and Registered Yoga Teacher, I bring together practices that support healing of the mind, body, and spirit. My approach is grounded in mindfulness, breathwork, embodiment, and nervous system regulation, helping people reconnect with themselves in a safe, supportive environment.
Yoga became an important part of my own healing journey, helping me reconnect with my body after many years of trauma and stress. Today, I teach Hatha yoga as a pathway to self-awareness, self-compassion, and inner peace.
Whether experienced on their own or combined with Reiki, sound healing, or nature-based practices, these modalities offer opportunities for deep restoration, emotional release, empowerment, and spiritual growth. I often integrate Reiki into yoga sessions when welcomed by the client, creating a uniquely nurturing and holistic healing experience.
Beyond my healing work, I am a farmer of naturally grown produce and an all-around dirt-loving hippie at heart. I bring together intuitive healing practices with practical life experience, including four years in the corporate world and an eight year career in the green industry.
When I’m not teaching or guiding others, you’ll usually find me immersed in nature, walking through the woods, sitting beside a river, tending the land, or meditating in a quiet forest. I help people gently navigate their own healing journeys, reconnect with themselves, and cultivate balance through grounded, earth-centered practices that honor the wisdom of both the body and the natural world.

Like many people, my healing journey began because I was struggling. For years, I lived with anxiety, depression, chronic stress, and the effects of childhood trauma. I became very good at surviving, pushing through challenges, and meeting expectations, but I felt disconnected from myself.

Throughout it all, nature remained my refuge. As a child, I would retreat to the woods whenever I needed comfort or clarity. Later, whether farming, working in the green industry, or traveling extensively during my corporate career, I always found my way back to the trees, rivers, and trails that helped me feel grounded.
As I was beginning my healing journey, my spiritual counselor recommended Reiki alongside meditation, breathwork, and yoga. After my first Reiki session, I knew something was happening, even though I couldn't fully explain it. By my third session, I felt a profound shift. When I came home, my husband commented that I was smiling in a way he hadn't seen in years. That moment confirmed what I already felt: Reiki was helping me come home to myself.
Yoga was one of the first practices that helped me reconnect with my body. Through Yin Yoga especially, I learned how to slow down, release tension, and create space for healing. What began as a personal practice became a lifelong path of learning, eventually leading me to become a Registered Yoga Teacher.
Today, I bring together Reiki, yoga, sound healing, and nature-based practices to support healing of the mind, body, and spirit. The greatest lesson my journey has taught me is grace. Healing is not about perfection, it is about learning to meet yourself with compassion, one step at a time.
The reason I do this work is because I know what it feels like to be vulnerable. I know the power of having someone hold space for you with love, acceptance, and understanding. It is my honor to offer that same space to others as they navigate their own healing journeys.

My personal healing journey ignited a desire to learn and master the practices that supported me most. What began as a search for my own well-being evolved into a calling to serve others. As a Reiki Master Teacher and Registered Yoga Teacher, I have witnessed firsthand the profound impact that energy work, mindful movement, breath, and nervous system regulation can have on a person's ability to heal, grow, and thrive.
For many years, I balanced the demands of a fast-paced corporate career while navigating my own healing and spiritual awakening. Through that experience, I learned that healing doesn't require stepping away from life, it requires learning how to move through life with greater awareness, balance, and self-compassion.
I am especially drawn to supporting those who feel burned out, overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck. My purpose is to help bridge the gap between modern living and the restorative wisdom of nature, while offering practical tools for healing through Reiki, yoga, sound healing, and earth-centered practices. Whether through stillness, movement, energy work, or time spent connecting with the natural world, my intention is to help people reconnect with themselves and remember that healing is possible.

Every person who comes to me has a unique story, which is why no two sessions are ever the same. I work intuitively, meeting you where you are and tailoring each experience to your individual needs. Depending on the session, we may focus on energy balancing through Reiki, mindful movement and breath work through yoga, sound healing, nervous system regulation, or simply creating space for rest, reflection, and self-discovery.
Many of my offerings are available virtually, allowing you to receive support from the comfort of your own home. Whether we are connecting through distance Reiki, a private yoga session, wellness coaching, or an integrated healing experience, I begin by listening. Together, we create an intention for the session and allow the experience to unfold in a way that feels supportive, grounded, and aligned with your goals.
At the heart of my practice is the belief that you are not broken and do not need to be fixed. You already possess the wisdom and capacity to heal. My role is simply to hold space, offer guidance, and provide tools that help you reconnect with your own inner knowing, resilience, and sense of wholeness.
