Each session begins with a gentle body scan, where I tune into your energy and channel universal life force energy (Reiki) to where your body is asking for it most.
My work supports healing through energy, and I often incorporate sound healing alongside Reiki. Depending on the session, I may also use complementary tools such as crystals, pendulums, tuning forks, and drums. Every session is customized to meet your unique needs and comfort level, allowing your healing journey to unfold naturally over time.
No two sessions are ever the same—my intuition guides each experience, ensuring that you receive exactly what your body and energy need in that moment.

My personal healing sparked a desire to learn and master the tools that supported me. Along the way, that passion naturally evolved into helping others who may be navigating similar experiences. I live a full, fast-paced corporate life, and it is my healing practice and spiritual awakening that have allowed me to reach this point with balance and resilience.
I am especially drawn to supporting those who feel burned out, overwhelmed, or stuck, and who are searching for a way forward. I feel called to bridge the space between modern, busy lives and the grounding energy of nature—integrating Reiki and earth-based practices into everyday life so healing feels accessible, practical, and sustainable.
